Navidad Resources was honored to be the recipient of the Aggie 100 award for three consecutive years. The Aggie 100 recognizes the 100 fastest growing Aggie-owned or Aggie-led companies in the world.
In 2012 Navidad Resources was awarded first place with a growth rate of 206.14 percent. McGowen said he was honored to be on the list with the other 99 nominees. “You are some of the smartest and most capable people in the country,” he said.
In 2013 Navidad Resources was awarded with 4th place, and in 2014 it was placed 3rd.
Navidad Resources was founded in Tyler, TX in 1992 and was the first company in the “Navidad family” dedicated to the oil and gas exploration and production.
